    How it works

    All in one pipe restoration

    Our plumbers will arrive on the site and perform sewer inspection of the sewer pipe using state of the art CCTV drain cameras followed by a high-pressure jet clean to endure debris is removed from the pipe. This also paths a clear way for the reline pipe to fix itself to the structure of the existing damaged pipe. Robotic cutting is used to remove any junctions that are connected to the other sections of the pipe work and also to remove any obstructions such as tree roots.  A final drain camera inspection of the completed reline will be done to ensure no defects have occurred.

    Pipe relining & cutting

    Pipe relining creates a new pipe within the old one that is four times stronger than the standard PVC pipes. Robotic cutting is used in the pipe relining process to clear the blocked drains before the relining is done. The common causes of drain blockages that penetrate through pipe like steel rods and bars, tree roots, building debris and metal star pickets can be removed by robotic cutting. After the pipe relining process is completed, the robotic cutting technology is used to cut the junctions straight. The life expectancy of pipe relining is about 50 years.

    What is robotic cutting?

    Robotic cutting is an automated process that cuts any obstruction and blockages into smaller parts with a steel or diamond cutting head. It can enter into the pipes with a diameter ranging from 70mm to 225mm.The robotic cutter comes with a CCTV camera to view the entire process and cut with precision.

    What is pipe relining?

    Pipe Relining is a non-invasive process that relines the damaged pipe with a stronger lining with materials such as epoxy, vinyl ester or silicate. It is cost-effective and also causes minimal disruption to your home.

    When should I consider Pipe Relining?

    There a few situations when pipe relining can be done as follows:

    • Digging is not possible or will cause extensive damage
    • Damaged pipes that are in bended areas or at angles
